CrossFit Hinge is a gym that offers group classes, personal training, and more! Alongside CrossFit Hinge, we run a non-profit organization called 206 South that provides free teen classes for youth ages 6-19, and discounted memberships to those in need. Come in and try a class; your first one is always free!
